In process, exterior building restoration. Restored and sealed windows, sealed and painted exterior of building with epoxy paint.
Continuing work with the current owner of the building and providing interior space build out, managing and building the core lobby and restrooms, new boiler, new circulating pumps, roof top make up air and exhaust fans and new ductwork.
In the interim, as the building has been sold, we have built a relationship with the new building owner to provide additional General Contracting Projects including 16,144 ft.² of office space buildout for 3 separate tenants.

100 ft.² of restrooms to be built on floors 2 and 4.

New steam room and relaxation rooms added to current gym on 1st floor.

In addition, we are also providing project management services for continuing improvement of infrastructure Including the expansive changeout of HVAC with new cooling tower, and 56 new water source heat pumps. All new electrical panels on all five floors including changing out main switchgear coming into the building. All new lighting and switching in all common areas of all five floors.
Removal of elevators and providing 2 new Kone machine room less elevators to be installed while building is occupied.

New Electric Vehicle charging stations.

New main lobby renovations and improvements, including wood panel walls, new ceiling layouts, etc.
